I have recently graduated from university in 2019 with a job as an ERP consultant and without a doubt Pauline played a major role in my job hunting.
Before Pauline helped me, despite having some work experience my resume was still basic, not detailed enough and it certainly didn't reflect my capabilities. I was finding it hard to gather my thoughts and put pen to paper to produce my CV which I needed urgently to help me apply for an international role in Germany.  With Pauline‘s tutoring I was able to very quickly draft what was necessary and provide it to them, and then she did mock interviews with me to help me be fully prepared.  I had fabulous feedback and they offered me the choice of two roles.  I have started my preferred role now and am learning more new things every day, and I am so thankful to Pauline for her immediate help and coaching and support through all the challenges of  the processes.

Pauline has become a great mentor  for me.   Through her I made a  successful application to study at University,  during which I bombarded her with questions on the entire process, none of which phased her. To get through she also advised on a re-write of my CV to an impeccable standard. Explaining the do’s and don’ts with the learning rationale throughout. I regularly head to her with personal and business queries, with her fabulous range of qualifications and experience, she never fails to get me pointing in the right direction.
